trendyionion @punkiebunnie so it’s a bit hard to measure but I would say it’s 19 inch circumference around the shoulder and 12.5 inch above the elbow. I work out a lot so I have pretty broad shoulder and thick arms and it fit greats for me. Hope that helps 😉😊
