New with the brand tag and extra button attached. Black with a floral pattern, pinky flowers with green leaves, I think it's a rosebud. Flat waist, no band, buttons down the front that work. Extra panel sewn on each side, front and back, to give this a very flared, swingy look. All Viscose, no stretch, very lightweight. Size women's 8, mini length, 17" down the button front, across the waist is 15 1/2". Cute summer skirt that could easily go into fall with tights underneath.
