Brand new. Length across waistband: 17.5 inches Length from waistband to hem: 29.5 inches. The size is a UK 16 on the tag which translates to a US 12. Please see the second to last photo where you can see that it said US 12 when I purchased it. It has some stretch to it, and all the buttons can be unbuttoned, so you can make the slit go up as high as you want. If you don’t have an hourglass shape this is comfortable to wear when sitting.
