Topshop Leopard Skirt

Topshop blue, green and yellow leopard print skirt. Size 4. A small piece of elastic is pulling in the waistband - see last picture - not visible when worn. Laid flat measures 12.5 inches across waistband (with lots of stretch to go!) and 18 inches total length.
