Topshop Felicity Floral Polka Dot Tie Front Blouse

This top by Topshop is in good used condition. It is an all-over black color with blue flowers and white polka dots throughout. -Tie-front blouse -3/4 sleeves -100% viscose It has 3 small buttons and then falls open into a front split. Last two pictures show slight snagging in the fabric, not noticeable at first glance! One of my favorite tops…sadly it not longer fits:(
