Topshop Blue Tinsel Sweater, croptop, Size 4 US

Adorable topshop sweater, kind of a crop top or one to wear with high waist. Perfect for Christmas parties and New Years. I found it itchy and could only wear it for short times. Obviously, this makes it a little less desirable, but I want to be upfront.
