Great condition! There are a few threads here or there that you can cut off. Topshop does run small. US 4 but probably fit 0-2 best. Underarm to underarm: 13 in, Waist: 12 in, hips: 17 in. Measurments are approx. 100% polyester. Contrast; 73% viscose, 23% polyamide, 4% elastane. Wash inside out, do not tumble dry.
