Floral TopShop cowl neck dress from their bridesmaid collection. Brand new with tags, never worn. I did have the hem altered because I am so short. Also had the straps taken up too and they are just the single strap, no strings like the second picture. Size 2, but fits more like a 4. So soft and complimenting to the body. @kbuckman667 I’m not exactly sure how much they took off. If it helps, I am 5’2 and the last picture is of me with it hemmed. I can measure top to bottom if you’d like when I get home.
