matthewillian @jbm1998 I don’t understand what you are measuring. I am expecting a number closer to 16”. The typical measurement is from the back side and goes from one shoulder seam to the other across the top. Maybe you measured around the top?

jbm1998 @matthewillian 64% polyester, 34% viscose, 2% elastane It is the Topman skinny textured suit blazer listed on Nordstrom. I couldn’t attach the link. I also have Topman suit pants listed.
