@alyssaa0146 Hello, no it’s not made specifically as off the shoulder. But, it is a wider neck. I never worn it as off the shoulder.

@alyssaa0146 If you purchase another MAX STUDIO top, I’ll send this one along with your purchase and you can decide if you can still wear it. There are (2) pin sized holes on bottom white band on back of top. The bottom of top is gathered on one side.
