Top or Skirt Beach Summer Wear Size S/M

Excellent lightly used condition. It’s top is stretchy like a tube top with tie at top center. 60% cotton and 40% modal. Very soft. Bright cheery hippie flower design. I wore twice as a skirt over a bathing suit which will fall above knees on me being 5’4”. But can definitely be worn as a top tool! Length is 17&1/2”
