Top and skirt set from Mandee - both size small, but fit like XS Top: dark navy with shimmer 3/4 sleeves with black polyester lining inside front only. Rarely worn in EUC. Flat lay measurements: Armpit to armpit 16 inches Length 19 inches Sleeve 12 inch Skirt: size small dark blue sequin design on knee-length black skirt with 4 inch slit on Left side. Elastic waist so it has stretch for being a more formal 100% polyester material. Flat lay measurements: Waist 11 1/2 inches Length 22 1/2 inches
