Top Shop blouse/t shirt

Super cute never worn, has a slit in the front for cleavage and slit in the back. Been in my closet for a few years, moved and has gotten some black spots on the front shown in 2nd and 3rd picture. Not sure if they can be washed out or not but price reflects the defects of the shirt.
