Hooded. 2 sets of adjustable velcro straps. 100% polyester. Leash hole in back of neck for easy walking. Size Small dog clothing is recommended for small puppies and adult toy breeds, such as Chihuahuas and French bulldogs. Pink in color with gold dots and white trim on the hood.
