Tooled leather left with floral check pattern

Gorgeous Belt with great patina. The leather is very soft and rolled with a beautiful floral check patternrn. The only issue is that someone added two holes to make the belt fit them. No brand marking and age is unknown an. The buckle is marked USA. It is 38” from tip of buckle to tip of belt.
