Too chic set 2 pcs. Youth girls Skort(black) & blouse (off white). Small.. Skort: Size: Small ( 5-6). Color: Black. Zipper closure at back. Two diagonals pockets on the front. Embroidered flower by right side with little beads. Ruffed laced hem Measurements approximations: Waist: 12"(2)=24". Length: 14". Hem: 18" Blouse/Top Lace application on the upper front. 5 buttons closure on the front. Embroidered design (flowers ) and beads decorations at the front. Crochet hem with ribbon. Long sleeves  with crochet & ribbon cuffs/opening  with a lace ruffed added to the cuffs which makes it look more beautiful. Measurements approximations taken on a flat surface: Shoulder to shoulder: 18". Chest armpit to armpit: 15". Length: 18". Sleeves length: 18" Conditions: Slightly used  in very good conditions.  However,  you can see what appears to be pen paint little black line on the upper left side on the front of the blouse.  Also the Skort might have some lint.
