mink57 hello my name is Kenneth Mingo I bought a pair of boots from you and I advertently put the wrong address on them. The address I put on them is 13337 S. Norfolk apartment 261 but I should’ve put on there 13327 S. North Rd., Apt. 2621 please correct it for me thank you

thrifted_gains @mink57 No, not fixed. You might have to cancel your order and reorder it. You should have been able to go to your order page and correct it there which, then, should have generated a corrected label for me to print. Because the address has to match the scan and the system.

That you want it shipped to 13327 S. Norfolk Apt. 261? That is still different from the address on the label which is 13337 S. Norfolk Apt 261

thrifted_gains @mink57 The system has the wrong address. It has not updated or changed. The best thing to do is cancel your order and get your money back. Once you have your money back, you can re-purchase the boots. Poshmark has it set up so that you are the only one who can correct your information, for your own protection.

thrifted_gains @mink57 I never had your money. Poshmark keeps it until you have received your order. Then they keep 20% of what you paid for themselves. Then, out of "my portion" they take whatever other fees there are. Then, almost a week after that, I finally get whatever is left over. Then I deduct all the expenses I paid in advance. Not to mention all the work you don't get paid for. That's basically how it all works. Anyway, glad they took care of the refund pretty quickly!
