It is a size 6, it will fit a size 4, it is a corset top so you can tie it tight or loose. The bottom is a full ruffle bottom with a slit up the left leg, it is a train style. It has been altered for my height and shoes, I was wearing 6in heels and I was 5'3". So if you are tall it will work for you also, but can be altered for shorter girls. I paid around $600 for it originally.
