joannawcpa Hi! You look great in this dress! This does not look like a dress that will be easy to hem. How tall are you? What street size dress do you usually wear? Some designers run 2 sizes smaller and others 2 sizes bigger than your street. :). Thanks.

kzayed @joannawcpa Hi! I am 5’11”, and this dress has not been hemmed yet. When I wore this, I was a size 6 in jeans and a size 4 or 6 in regular dresses.

joannawcpa @kzayed Thanks for the reply. All of those measurements are great except I am 5'1". Lol! That is a lot of length difference. Could you share where seams are located on the bodice?

kzayed @joannawcpa lol! They are very high up. Most of the dress is very stretchy. The bodice bones only go 10 inches down from the top of the sweetheart neckline.

joannawcpa @kzayed Thank you for all of the correspondence. Any chance you could take one more photo of the measurement down the front from the center top to the finished length? I will have to talk to a seamstress about how I would hem this for 10" shorter. :)
