Shoe runs very narrow and tight not for a wide width. I’d say if you’re tiny and have a very narrow skinny foot and a size 7 should fit you fine the size is not in the shoe I used to run between a six and a seven so I’m assuming they’re anywhere between that size my fat foot cannot get in them anymore Age and weight lol
