Tommy Hilfiger sleeveless burgundy pattern blouse

This lightweight blouse is a deep burgundy with cool magenta/fuchsia medallion patterns on it. It has ruffles on the sleeves and around the collar. There are a few buttons that go halfway down the front of the shirt. Worn once.
