Tommy Hilfiger navy blue blouse, size medium

This is a v-neck, long-sleeved blouse with a pleated design coming down the front off of the neck. The bottom of the shirt has an elastic so it scrunches in and hugs your body. Been worn one or two times, no rips or stains.
