this cotton tote is new without tags.This still has the silica pack & inside the stuffing in the front pockets. a couple of very small marks only point them out because I saw them but really had to look for them. Gold hardware shoulder strap is adjustable. clean inside and out. dimensions are approximately 14 in deep by 15 and a half inches across
