weathered brown leather skirt with a green lining. zipper on the bottom does open up and the two pockets at the top also have functioning pockets. In good used condition. no marks or tears noted. size 6 waist is 16 in from the top to the bottom. it is 20 in. please review pics and ask questions prior to purchase
