Tommy Hilfiger 3 3/4 inch heel slip-on dress sandal with T-strap. Size 9, dark navy blue strap with decorative cream and navy nautical rope braid. Cork wedge heel. Madge-T style. Used, one tiny scuff on edge of heel.
