Tommy Hilfiger dress, size 4, like new

Crisp, gorgeous summery Tommy Hilfiger dress, size 4. Appears brand new. Shaped in bust and seamed at waist. Inverted pleats in skirt. In pristine condition. Has tiny woven belt loops but no belt- you could add a belt of your own or just cut off the little belt loops (the dress looks beautiful without a belt too). Zips up the left side. Length from shoulder to hem: 35”.
