Tommy Hilfiger blue polka dots flats size 9!

PERFECTLY NEW & unused condition! Reposhing this item I purchased from @hiba1988. They are NOT a size 10 - as labeled by prior seller and advertised to me. They would fit a size 9 foot perfectly. I am so bummed - I would wear these everyday if they fit! My loss is your gain!
