Tommy Hilfiger navy blue lightweight sateen cotton fit and flare dress with faux wrap top, lightly pleated skirt and lovely matching wide sash/belt. Dress has side zipper for easy on/off. The top has a lightweight lining for modesty and the skirt is unlined. The sash is attached and cannot be removed. And it has pockets!! I cannot stress enough how soft this cotton is! It is amazing! In lovely condition! Size 8 Armpit to armpit is approx 19” Waist is approx 16” flat Collar to waist is approx 13” Waist to hem is approx 25” Dress length is approx 38” Sash width is 2 1/2”
