Tommy Hilfiger blouse size 24

This Tommy Hilfiger blue and white striped blouse is size 24. It is 100% cotton. It has a mandarin collar and small ruffles down the top of the button area. It has darts and an unusual little tuck in on the sides. It has 3/4 sleeves. See pictures.
