Tommy Hilfiger black white gingham A line skirt sz 10

lovely lined skirt with black and white stripes. most of the stripes are tiered, as shown in pic 11. no pockets excellent used condition. waist is approx 16", length is approx 22", bottom of skirt is approx 33" wide. could be extremely dark navy blue, IMO it looks black
