These low rise jeans by Tommy Hilfiger will have you in 90s fashions in a blink of an eye. Their waist is low with a 9” rise, the length cropped, and ankles flared. There are two front pockets, one with a buttoned flap. The waist has a two button and zip closure. The back right has some wearing (see last photo). Otherwise they are in good vintage condition and come from a smoke and pet free home. Judith Anne, the mannequin, is a size XS/S and the jeans are vintage so please refer to measurements below. I included a Tommy Hilfiger women’s size chart but the waist is for natural waistline. So I leaned towards the hip measurements for my guess on the size 6.
