Tommy Hilfiger Tan Shorts 14 *flaw. NWT

New with tag. Tan in color. Lying flat the waist measures 17 inches. The waistband has a black mark on it as pictured. It looks like an ink pen mark. I did not try to get this out since it still had tags on it.
