This dress is in good condition. My new office is not very formal, so I do not find myself reaching for this dress often. Only flaw I found was the clasp above the zipper is broken, but the zipper has no problem staying up. Otherwise the lace is in good shape and it's an absolutely stunning dress. Drop waist design is super flattering!
