What color is this? Sometimes pictures come through looking like a different color than what it actually is. Is the top like a crop top or does it fully cover the tummy? What are the measurements?

pit to pit is about 18 1/2 inches, length from top of shoulder to bottom is about 21 inches
pants:
the waist measurement is about 16 inches, rise is about 12 inches and inseam is about 25 inches
