Tommy Bahamas tank style dress. Ruched detailing on side. Size S/P. 96% VSCO and 4% spandex Length is 40 inches, chest is 17 inches across. There is some pilling on the side on the back. See photos. No stains or discoloration. I live in a smoke and pet free environment
