Is it covered in lint? It looks as though it was washed and dried with a towel? It is not in knew condition?

@megblandino the pictures are from when I first bought it, new with tags, so it had not been washed. I wore it once on vacation, washed by hand then line dried so it's in like new condition. The fabric is soft, not slinky but it does not look like it's covered in lint.
