Tommy Bahama Sheer Floral Dress

M Tommy Bahama Sheer Black & White floral drop waist dress. I didn't know it was sheer when I bought it. I thought it would be a good vacation/beach dress or pool cover-up but have never worn it. I included pics of how only one side is stitched down at the top. It was like that when I purchased it used. Other than that, you'd fit a busty M or a L.
