Pretty floral dress that has pink and orange flowers with greenery and a white background. Top has a double ruffle. Waist has wide elastic. Fully lined. Soft and lightweight fabric. Ties around the neck. Back is open with a little elastic. One of the ties is longer than the other and I don't know why. I'm thinking maybe it's suppose to go across the neck and tie on one side.
