Tommy Bahama Black & White Palm Print Bandeau Dress XS

Reposhing this item I purchased from @csoviero. Loved it, but it’s too big on me…. I am a juniors XS (Roxy, Volcom, Billabong) and this is a women’s XS. The dress is in excellent like new condition and would make a perfect vacation dress! Beautiful strapless dress with detachable strap included!
