This thing is AWESOME! You specify temperature of the milk (room temp, cold or frozen) as well as the amount, AND type of container (plastic bottle, glass bottle or breastmilk bag). The rest is done for you! The gray insert comes out if using an actual bottle otherwise it’s perfect for a bag of milk. This warmer was truly a lifesaver!
