Custom high low rehearsal skirt. Not Yumiko, tagged for exposure. The waist is between 24 and 25 inches. It is elastic and should fit most people! The hook and bar can easily be removed and re-sewn if you want to change the waist size. The very front of the skirt (from elastic waistband to bottom of scallop) is approximately 20 inches and the back of the skirt is approximately 26 inches at its longest point.
