This is a uniquely designed toddler dress that incorporates glittering princess-like features that include some beautifully embroidered details. There are iridescent sequins in both the standard style flat-round sequin and the more party-like rounders that bring an iridescent bubble-like excitement all over the dress. There is an oriental-themed collar that is detailed with pearls, a pearl neck piece, and a continuing fabric flap across the chest also detailed with pearls. The dress is of a very high quality, thick fabric with a ruffled tulle overlay that covers the skirt. An additional small petticoat is not necessary but is used for the pictures. Small petticoats are available for $5.00 as well.
