Toddlers Blue Print cotton dress matching bloomers

This sweet blue printed very comfortable cotton dress should fit a toddler 2T and it has the matching bloomers. The measurements are shoulders 9 in, chest 12 in., front neck to hem 16 and a 1/2 in. , back neck to hem 17 in. This would be quite comfortable in church on a summer's morning.
