Toddler tuxedo size 5

Toddler size 5 black tuxedo. Includes tuxedo jacket, white dress shirt, bow tie, tuxedo pants. Tuxedo jacket is missing a button on the right sleeve, I do not have a spare. Also the pant length has been altered, see the pics for sizing, I also took a pic of the hem not sure if someone is able to remove the hem and make them normal length again? Other than that it is in good shape.
