Toddler rain boots

Great condition rain boots. Size printed on sole is 9-10. They are black with reddish soles. Not insulated. Worn 5 or 6 times. Nearly brand new. Slight scuffing on interior ankle where the boots rubbed together while walking (not as noticeable in real life as it appears in last photo).
