These are the cutest dresses for your little sugar and spice. Mimicking the pillowcase dress patterns, this is a polka dot & floral dress. Navy blue ribbon that ties into a bow across one shoulder. Once grown out of as a dress would make for a cute top with shorts or leggings. 20.5 inches wide x 17 long. Ribbon was not stitched in so can be removed. Refer to size chart.
