Toddler dress

This little dress is full of ruffles, it has 2 layers in the skirt which make it stand out . It has an ice cream cone on front with 3 scoops, which is same material as the skirt part. It’s real soft and sweet. In great condition, no spots, rips or anything like that. I don’t sell anything like that, they get donated.
