rebeccalondon @mrsrachiekay good question, it all depends on the child’s foot. My son wore these when he was 1 and out grew them when he was just a couple months shy of turning 2. He’s 3 now and wears a 9C (saying this for reference). But doing an online search it says 6C size is for 12-24 months. Hope this helps!
