Inexpensive halloween costume still has life left to give! This is a well loved/used toddler Batman costume. Face mask is a hood with the cape attached and velcros in neck front. *All velcro and foot straps are still functional *Cuffs are worn (see pictures) *Fabric worn in some areas (see pictures). The velcro touched the fabric as my kid in toddler age would put this costume on/off on his own.
