does this run on the smaller or bigger size? Would it be too big for child who is between 12 and 18 months size?

@tracyballew Hi there! The size chart online says that they tend to run on the smaller size. I think it’d be okay for a 12-18 month old. It might be a touch wide but the sizing for 12-18 and 18-24 is all within an inch of one another.
